Fredric G. Reynolds

Fredric G. Reynolds retired in 2009 as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of CBS Corporation, where he served since 1994. He also served as president at Viacom Television Stations Group and in various financial positions at PepsiCo Inc.
Fred is currently a board member of Raytheon Technologies Corporation and Pinterest, Inc., where he serves as the audit committee chair. He previously served on the boards of AOL, Inc., the Hess Corporation, Mondelez International, Inc. (formerly Kraft Foods, Inc.), Metro Goldwyn Mayer, Inc., and NEP Group, Inc.
A certified public accountant, Fred graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami in 1972. Originally from Miami, he and his wife, Lundy, share their time between Denver, CO, and Miami, FL. They have four children and five grandchildren.
