Tali Kaplinski Tarlow is Director of Partnerships Development at The Rabbi Sacks Legacy.
This role follows fifteen years as a leader in Israel’s educational tourism industry, having founded and directed Israel ScaVentures which she grew to a global brand. On her diverse journey, Tali honed her abilities in the Israeli high-tech industry and as a result, she has a unique blend of educational, entrepreneurial, and leadership experience and skills.
Tali authored an experiential travel guide of Jerusalem, and has participated in multiple short and long-term educational delegation trips, including a five-year tenure in London where she served as an informal educator at Hasmonean High School for Girls.
Tali was born and raised in South Africa, and now lives in Israel with her husband, Daniel, and their four children.
